We developed and scaled a culture communications strategy to enhance connectivity between corporate leaders and frontline teams, using personalized executive communication to bridge gaps and streamline access to resources and company news for all US-based employees.

The Challenge:

Improve communications with their frontline by authentically connecting employees and franchisees with senior leadership, and optimize their channel strategy for employees to better access to up-to-date resources and company news.

Our Approach:

With a test-and-learn mindset, we piloted a culture communications strategy with US-based Restaurant General Managers, focusing on streamlining their access to company news, professional development resources, and one-of-a-kind access to the company’s executive leadership team. We expanded the approach for all US-based employees and franchisees, with a focus on increasing connectivity between corporate functions and frontline restaurant teams. Through a personalized, differentiated approach, we crafted a unique executive leadership communications swimlanes, leveraging their expertise and lived experience to better articulate the company’s priorities to everyday associates, lowering barriers between entry-level and C-suite teammates.
