In 2022, we launched our agency through word of mouth referrals, letting our strong reputations and belief in the importance of healthy professional relationships foster our organic growth.

On our journey, we've developed a nimble operating model that unlocks value both client and agency-side. As new parents, we sought to challenge norms in the marketing & communications industry by recentering time as our most valuable and finite resource. How we work together is key to our surprisingly disruptive approach.

As moms, ex-corporate misfits and mission-driven entrepreneurs, Katherine and Sydney are building something special, a refreshing approach to marketing & communications, where clients and creative talent alike thrive in a high-trust, high-respect environment that unlocks fresh thinking and produces dynamic results.

Katherine Cherry
Co-Founder & CEO

Katherine learned to nurture brands at The Coca-Cola Company, where she worked over 9 years specializing in communications, business innovation, change management and corporate social responsibility. She led social entrepreneurship incubator programs from Bangalore to Berlin. Katherine recognized the opportunity to foster intrapreneurship at the company and founded a Millennial taskforce that envisioned and advanced industry-leading paid parental leave benefits for The Coca-Company's 8,000 employees in the United States. She then extended her passion for people into managing Employee, Culture & Leadership Communications for Coca-Cola North America, where she launched an award-winning, first-of-its-kind corporate podcast, pushing the boundaries of auditory learning through transparent, empathy-driven storytelling with senior leaders, strengthening Coca-Cola’s employer brand with current and prospective employees alike. Katherine lives in Tucson, Arizona with her husband, son and dog.  

Sydney Avery
Co-Founder & CCO

With nearly a decade of experience shaping global brands with renowned advertising agencies including VMLY&R, FortyFour, GSD&M and Blue Sky, Sydney is a leading brand storyteller, senior copywriter, content designer and creative director. Her broad advertising experience connected Sydney with some of the top creative minds in the industry from Atlanta to Austin to New York City, relationships she’s thoughtfully nurtured with her hallmark honesty, humor and reputation for hard work. Leading creative projects for brands including Delta Airlines, Sam’s Club, ADT, Coca-Cola, U.S. Air Force, PGA tour, John Deere and Hotel Indigo, Sydney is an experienced project manager and gifted wordsmith, unlocking marketing edge for her clients. She's also the host of the LinkedOut Podcast, the yin to Creative Action Collaborative's yang, processing the hellscape of the creative job market. Sydney lives in Atlanta, Georgia with her husband, two young sons and three big dogs.
